Develop and maintain own contacts database with customers and potential clients. • Assist with development of and revisions to Customer Relationship Plan • Conduct research to identify potential new customers and maintain database of potential customers. • Gathering customer information and update in proper time. • Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the database. • Prepare reports about varsities and meeting result. • To gain understanding and support for clients as well as to influence opinion and behavior regarding KERFORD • Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives to enhance KERFORD relationships. • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. Arrange and undertake Service presentations where appropriate. • Participate in Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. • Follow up clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients business premises. • Advising clients and investors on good investment opportunities. • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing deal. • Opening accounts for new customers and follow up procedures till end. • Prepare and submit quotations for customers. • Working on achieving monthly target. dealing with a range of people and situations
