Job Purpose:
Promote and ensure guest satisfaction achieved through the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment; placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous and correct service.
Current Responsibilities:
a)Carry out quality checks; ensuring food is prepared on time, implementing staff positioning plans.
b)Monitoring service quality, resolving complaints and queries.
c)Identify and act on quality issues in relation to service, environment, staffing levels, operating procedures and recommend responses/action to maintain the highest possible standards in all areas.
d)Handle daily scheduling and time adjustments.
f)Ensure that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving and seating.
g)Assist the operations by helping the host/hostess and waiting staff.
h)Ensure Lost & Found procedures are strictly followed; restaurant is properly set up and ready prior to the opening; Audio Visual & lighting levels are maintained in the restaurant; high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant at all times.
I)Comply and report guest/staff incident reports in the absence of the manager.
Education:
• A University Degree preferably in Hospitality Management
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years food service or related hospitality management experience.
• Candidates should have a good command of spoken and written English with basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
