Administrative Manager - Khatib & Alami | Egypt Jobs

Essential Job Function:

• Assist Admin Section in following up required administration tasks and tracking lobbying efforts), prepare scheduling calendars for maintenance, and logistical details (events, travel, expenses, staff perks);
• Coordinate office and household supplies/orders for the staff;
• Manage storage and product needs, both internally and externally;
• Direct staff on proper protocol;
• Prepare all administrative paper files necessary and required as documentation including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
