Department: Maintenance
Reporting to: Mechanical Head
Purpose: Ensures that all the daily routine checks designed for the
plant's mechanical assets and systems are being performed efficiently by the mechanical technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that all the PMP forms are being implemented correctly and efficiently on all the
plant's assets and systems.
- Issues MFDR whenever an equipment is diagnosed as malfunctioning or a breakdown is
predicted.
- Handles all the RRS issued by the departments with the coordination of the Mechanical Head.
- Handles all the small maintenance jobs required by the plant's departments.
- Manages the annual leave of his mechanical technicians.
- Coordinates with the electrical engineers on the common tasks.
- Follows up the training of his trades as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
- Handles all other tasks requested by the Mechanical Head.
