This position reports directly to the GM Finance & Administration.
He/she will be responsible for the development of the business through gaining new customers and accounts as well as maintaining existing ones.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
-Management of major accounts and sales processes to deliver revenue growth.
-Establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers.
-Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
-Ensuring the adherence of the sales activity to all corporate and statutory requirements with respect to competitive behavior and competition compliance regulations.
-Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
-Clarify goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all parties.
-Proactively develops and improves products and services
-Delivery & implementation of effective communications and presentations to the Logistics market to promote company services & offered solutions.
-Propose areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
-Lead and follow up key marketing and sales activities.
-Developing and negotiating contracts
-Preparing formal proposals.
-Update and analyze information about potential customers and competitors and propose business development strategies.
