*Managing the total rewards function for Egypt by aligning regional programs with overall compensation and benefits strategy.
*Responsible for salary scale reviews, advice on salary range for new employees' packages and for proposed salary increments. *Prepare detailed job descriptions and classification systems and define job levels and families, in partnership with other managers.
