Production Section Head - Pharmacist - EVA Pharma / EVA Cosmetics | Egypt Jobs

Oversees the receipt of the reviewed batch record (by Production Manager) from associate administration BR
Supervises the dispensing of raw materials of a certain batch from raw materials warehouse after confirmation of the release of all raw materials and follows-up the transfer to the production hall with the implementation of all the instructions for circulation, prevention of cross contamination & line clearance.
Follows-up the cleaning & setsup of the processing line with the Production Technician in accordance with the instructions of the operation and cleaning of machines.
Supervises the start of the preparation according to the steps and the environmental conditions listed on the Batch record.
Sends request for chemical analysis to the Quality assurance department
Follows the startup of filling and packaging operations with production technician and packaging supervisor and maintenance if needed
Follows-up the reconciliation and delivery of overstocks after distinguishing by card (HOLD) until quality approval to deal with it in accordance with the instructions of the rework, while maintaining the percentage of waste of the batches.
Follows-up repackaging
Joins the team of prospective validation of new products.
Reports the need for unplanned maintenance of machinery during operation by using the reporting form for failure.
Follows-up distinction and tracking of the products according to distinction and tracking steps.
Ensures the use of personal protection equipment and follows-up attendance and departure of employees, as well as uniform.
Evaluates subordinates and follows-up on their training.
Arranges shifts and coordinates work and workers
Follows up on accurate data entry on daily basis to the oracle database.
Evaluates subordinates on a monthly basis (production technician)
Follows-up on the production plan weekly
Provides objectives pertaining to the section every month with the achievement of the subordinates' objectives.
Plans & schedules the on job training within his section.
