• Perform financial and operational analysis: monitor and evaluate business performance and evaluate financial consequences of business decisions.
• Ensure that practices and policies are enforced: inform and educate organization about financial procedures and evaluate and improve policies.
• Perform planning/forecasting: contribute to financial performance target setting; budgeting; simulate business drivers (and consequences) and cost accounting/cost benefit analysis.
• Present conclusions: provide management reports (KPI) and provide information for decisions.
• Maintain and develop a data infrastructure that supports the needs and operational responsibilities of the business.
• Coordinate internal/external audits.
• Develop and improve own methodologies, tools and processes.
• Supporting the Budget process: management of Budget Calendar, alignment on Budget assumptions with Industrial Operation team, Sales Department, Clusters and Product lines, both for Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Responsible for Detailed analyses of Sales Performance.
