DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Result before tax responsibility for own customers in Egypt / Levant area. SM is responsible that the result before tax is realized as minimum as budgeted for his customers in Egypt / Levant area.

2. Responsibility for Sales for Egypt / Levant area:

• SM is responsible for all sales to Egypt and the Levant area hereunder to position Orana as preferred supplier with customers in this region.
• SM is responsible for making and executing short and long term strategies for growth in co-ordination with the Director of Sales and R&D and the Orana Egypt Board of Directors.
• SM is responsible for handling of all existing customers / potential customers by himself inclusive of visiting of customers and sales support of own customers.
• SM is responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts and estimates.
• SM is responsible for preparing reports hereunder sales reports to the OGR board and the OEG board and monthly sales reports.

3. Various ad hoc assignments inclusive of participation in exhibitions.
