• The required candidate will be focusing on delivering technically accurate and inventive software and Business Intelligence solutions that capitalize on Microsoft up-to-date technological tools/patterns that are relevant to customer's problem/opportunity domain.
• Candidate will work on increasing the quality of BI deliverables & custom software solutions, assuring technical correctness and competence. The technical lead will be accountable of project estimates, quality and timeliness of the deliverables and the project's compliance to the organizational processes and standards.
• Work closely with Solution's Architect, Solution Managers and business owners to analyze, design, build, maintain and optimize BI solutions built around high volume OLAP databases, dashboards and business advanced analytical applications that meets the decision support needs of our business owners
• Will own the products' architecture; provide technical direction; work with team and management to ensure seamless delivery of all BI and software roadmap stages and its related plans.
• Hands on development (circa 40 - 60% of time); responsible for designing, executing, assessing, and troubleshooting software solutions, which include: configuring, analyzing, designing, coding, developing, unit testing and documenting specifications & Architectural designs (high, low level) throughout the project life cycle. This responsibility will extend to providing technical and career development coaching and mentorship to Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers;
• Facilitating adoption of new cutting-edge technologies to project team to provide products and services that meets customer requirements. Ensure that all designs, implementations and development confirm to both functional and technical design specifications, reaching maximum performance, availability and serviceability.
