The Role:
Assumes total responsibility for the management of the Shipping Department activities between the Alshaya Logistics team, Clearing Agents, Forwarders, Suppliers and Brand Teams. Provide effective and efficient support to RDC and LDC on both Inbound and Outbound operations to support Corporate objectives. Manage the flow of work within the Department according to SLA in an efficient and cost effective manner. Available on call 24/7 by Shipping Teams to ensure 100% service and support to RDC operations. Allocate workload to its team members by ensuring that individual's productivity is maintained and that the assigned tasks are adhered to and well delivered.
