1- To provide professional services to our guests in accordance with JW Marriott standards of operation, presentation and sanitation, in a gracious and professional manner whilst ensuring the guest safety at all times.
2- To provide advanced life-support and nursing care as required by the condition of the associate who requires medical attention.
3- To display aggressive hospitality and professionalism with co-workers. To take pride in all facts of service, quality, appearance, cleanliness of self and for area of responsibility.
4- To provide first responder first aid when required.
5- To provide advanced first aid or CPR treatment as required.
6- To provide a monthly inventory check of all first aid equipment and supplies stored and consumed in the first aid room.
7- Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipments in the Clinic at all times which must be maintained in sterile and hygienic conditions.
8- Responsible for maintaining advanced life support through use of CPR skills, Oxygen and Defibrillator machine at test ready levels all times in line with standard operating procedures.
9- To organize the sale receipt, storage and usage of all first aid chemicals, solutions, needles, disposables …etc. maintaining the highest standards of health and safety at all times.
10- To maintain the highest standard of appearance, hygiene and timekeeping at all times whilst on duty.
11- To respond to customer complaints in a sympathetic and courteous manner, attempting to resolve these problems as quickly and informally as possible.
12- To attend 4 hours of staff training per month in order to maintain job knowledge and lifeguard skills.
13- To provide general assistance in the preparation of facilities for special functions, themed evenings …etc.
14- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Hotel's Doctor.
15- The Hotel's Business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift or area of work as the demand of business require.
16- The above duties and responsibilities can not totally encompass or define all tasks required by the associate. The outlined duties and responsibilities may therefore, vary from time to time without materially changing either the character or level of responsibility; these factors are reflected in the grade.
