Job Description:
- Convert the Area's sales and market development objectives to all Unit Sales Mangers USMs.- Lead all USM's within the area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives- Develop strong relationship Key customers within the Area in both Direct Sales & Distribution DSD & Indirect Sales channels- Report competitive activities to the Regional Sales Director.- Report infrastructure requirements within the Area's units as per market needs to the Regional Sales Director.- Assess the Areal sales staffing and skill requirements.
Qualifications:
- Managed front-line performers.- Demonstrated functional expertise with Beverages or FMGG company in a managerial role.- Execute and operationalize a business strategy.- Ability to align and motivate a team- University graduate and computer literacy (Windows application)
