Job Description:
- Develop the joint Annual Operating Plan AOPwith the distributor to reflect both operational and financial requirements and participate in the yearly Pepsi Cola Egypt PCEAOP process through inputting a solid action plan for the distributor which includes infrastructure required for the next year to achieve specific volume and market share results.
- Develop an adequate Go To Market GTMmodel at the distributor side to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the selling and distribution approaches run by the distributor
- Set Key Performance Indicators KPIs for the execution objectives to measure performance.
- Ensure Territory University TUimplementation to align KPIs and processes with PCE.
- Manage the distributor forecasting accuracy and ensure alignment with SIP process.
- Review volume progression & results vs. plan vs. YAGO by SKU for each Distribution Center DCto determine specific opportunities such as Glass injection, coolers placement and/or running trade incentives after aligning Regional Ssales Manager/Director DCM/D.
- Provide ongoing coaching to the distributor team and field force in order to ensure that they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
- Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools
- Develop a strong relationship with the distributor key stakeholder and team; through providing necessary tools and support required.
- Report competitive activities to the Region RSM/D and recommend a proper action plan
- Ensure running scheduled and ADHOC joint business reviews to share results and determine proper action plans for the areas of development.
- Partner with the finance team for periodic financial model reviews to ensure budget management & continuous optimization of spend, product mix, & channels of distribution.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and update the distributor Profit & Loss P&Lto evaluate the profitability and our cost per case for to identify the suitable actions required to correct the situation

Ø Strong technical knowledge which includes full industrial experience (Carbonated Soft Drinks field experience) and the sales technical know-how
