We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to market and sell Bayt's products and services in Egypt, Cairo.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Egyptian market as well as ensuring that all sales targets are met consistently within a designated time frame.
This is not an office administrative position. The right candidate will be required to conduct daily physical meetings and close. In addition to team target, he/she will have own sales target
Accountability includes but not limited to:
Ensuring that all set targets assigned to the sales team and the Sales manager are achieved on monthly basis.
• Managing a sales team of 6+
• Making part of the selection and training of the Sales Executives
• Ensuring that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospect calls, appointments, proposals and closures.
Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company's products and services
• Preparing reports on sales performance.
• Conducting physical meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attending clients meetings with sales people
