Job description:
• Ask customers to fill information cards and then input the data into customer loyalty database.
• Contact customers regularly with the new products available
• Maintain friendly yet professional relationship with customers, even if the sale was unsuccessful
• Follow up with customers and work on their satisfaction and maintain continuous product knowledge of any additional requests, complaints or problems with purchased products, and in any case raise complaints and problems/ suggestions to management to solve it by all means
• Always keep record of all the products in stock and inform by email the rest of the team if any is missing.
• Revise any order before delivering it: make sure the quantities are right and always make sure that the ribbon and logo label are attached to the products.
• Always make sure that delivery orders are there at time, punctuality is a must.
• Represent our company in trade fairs, sponsorships, events and Bazaars if any
• Document any order in a purchase order sheet (P.O) before leaving the store and send it by email to the team
• Manage a team of two
• Report weekly, monthly, and annually, to the brand manager fast moving items, and slow moving items while presenting an action plan to enhance slow moving items sales
• Receive and revise company products and inform those responsible for any Irregularities or defaults in both in the specification or in the quantities of products
• Review stock balances periodically, and report products withdrawal rates, storage limits,
• Prompt care of the warehouse cleanliness and of the availability of all products and designs in the show room
• Report defaulted products, or products in need of repair
• Receive and document daily mails and emails (inbox, outbox) and record in relevant records
• General archive management of the company, and develop an indexing system, allowing easy filing and documentation, and speed of handling
• Follow up purchase orders and delivery orders, and to assure that the company is meeting all the promised deadlines and schedules
• Process Delivery orders and arrange between customers and warehouse manager.
• Follow up with the shops that have Joud's products and make sure they have all Joud's products.
