- Design, develop and support all components of the firm Intranet portal and Internet Websites using Microsoft ASP.Net, SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010.
- Analyze business needs and work on finding automated solutions for them.
- Breakdown, estimate and Implement business modules, projects, new requirements and change requests.
- Test and Debug implemented modifications. Write Unit Tests for developed components that covers the business usage scenarios if needed.
- Receive and handle support cases by mail, phone and face-to-face, troubleshoot problems and reach a solution to satisfy the business need. - Communicate project requirements to Software Vendors and test new releases before engaging the business teams. - Train business users on new features and modules.
- Build documentation to assist the users in using the new features in the proper way.
- Provide technical support to peers. Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
- Write modules to integrate between different business applications using SQL objects and .Net
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
- Responsive actions regarding LIVE environment issues reported from Application Support team or business users. - Research and recommend new technologies and software tools.
- Improve, tune and monitor Performance for Software products
- Extend and refactor legacy code when needed.
- Develop tools to Monitor and manage Services, Logs, Data Accuracy, performance and Auditing.
