• Provide legal advice in all company projects & contract issues.
• Plan, direct and monitor proper due diligence in respect of negotiations, preparation of contracts
• Registering, Renewing of Trademarks and Industrial Designs to protect it from any infringement.
• Responsible for investigative reports with employees breaking policies and procedures, labor law or work regulations.
• Preparing monthly reports for all legal actions & cases to monitor the legal affairs performance.
