As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist you are primarily responsible for handling all regulatory demands and Post Market Surveillance Activities including Complaint Handling & Shipment release documentation for the MEA Region.

Principal accountabilities

*As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist you will be handling registration requests submission as per the requirements of each of countries.
*Assist in implementation of Document Tracking System to follow up on all files sent to distributors in countries of concern
*Keeping records for all the dates involved in preparation & sending of files
*Assist in supporting all countries of concern in terms of document supply for tenders & bids
*Ensure that all information received from post market surveillance activities e.g. complaints, are entered into the relevant business units systems for processing

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

*As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist you need to have experience in Regulatory Affairs
*English and Arabic language skills to business standard
*Degree in Pharmacy

Preferred requirements:

*Living in the area of Cairo

Other skills:

*Excellent time management skills
*Great communication skills
*Proactive and responsive
*Self-motivated
*Detail oriented
