Country Manager for Egypt & Saudi Arabia | Egypt Jobs

Job description:

•Lead Sales, business development, and support team for a leading online payment gateway in the region.
•Identify, interview and hire candidates to join the local team in various capacities.
•Develop and implement annual business plan through the analysis of market volume potential on ecommerce sales data and acquisition of both Key Account merchants and small & medium size business in the local market.
•Build the brand through engaging in various events and activities geared towards company target audience.
•Responsible for all local Marketing & PR activities.
•Manage sales & merchant acquisition through the implementation and development of effective business-2-business sales strategies, and liaise with technology team on integration with various merchants as well as ensuring that supporting documents are collected and current required for approval.
•Filling weekly and monthly reports on business development activity
•Participate with leadership team in formulating proposals and RFPs for key merchants.
•Maintain & track revenue performance through company CRM platform: populate new leads, turning current leads into opportunities and converting opportunities into accounts.
•Build relationships with new customers to increase volume and cross-sell other products based on customer needs.
•Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets
