Principal Relationships
Reports to: Production Manager
Supervises: Floor Team Leader & Forklift Drivers
Liaises with: Security, Health & Safety, Quality Control, Marketing, Accounting, Finished Goods/Raw Materials Warehouses, Planning, Maintenance, and the Personnel Department
Responsibilities
Follow up and implement safety & quality measures and smooth production process
Main Tasks
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Implement the daily production planning
• Ensure the correct manning per machine & time sheet follow up
• Review the Daily Production Report and ensure its correctness in order to enable a good handover of shifts
• Responsible for the start up production operation at the beginning of each shift
• Follow up on the achievement of set goals for the production team and assign tasks & deadlines for each individual
• Manage & guide the production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises
• Supervise the machine running ability during trials & report it to the Production Manager
• Ensure machine running ability for new production orders and claim non conformities of raw materials
• Ensure a proper transfer of information during the shift change
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure a proper preventative maintenance on all machines
• Coordinate with the quality control department in order to ensure the application of all the quality procedures
• Evaluate the performance of staff & suggest the appropriate incentive and training program based on the achievement of each employee

Location: Sadat City (80 KM on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road)
Working Hours: 7:00 am-3:00 pm
Days off: Friday
