1. Software solution lab.
2. Strategic business developing lab.

Job responsibilities
Requirements:
• Age range 25-30.
• Minimum 3-6 years experience in sales (Software preferred).
• English is a must.
• Grad year starting 2009.
• Must attach a photo in the resume.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pressure/work load Giant.
• Flexibility/ability to adhere to business needs.
• Laptop is a must.
• Drivers' license preferred.
Task breakdown:
• Achieve targets.
• Product knowledge.
• Analyze the market.
• Provide Contacts.
• Book appointments.
• Record meeting minutes.
• Provide Feedback.
• Follow-up with clients.

Stages of interviews:
Group Interview:
This interview is going to be a general discussion between all applicants discussing the following: History, religion, economics and politics…Following Planned debating system.
Iron labs interview:
Discussing technical skills and determining their level of knowledge.
Final group interview:
A meeting for the remaining applicants, that passed the previous stages to provide them with the final scores, feedback & Business Rules.
Iron labs training:
Will be a one-week intensive training that will take place after passing all stages of the interviews, then remaining applicant will start the 3 months probation period.
Salary Breakdown:
1st Month:
According to disclosed targets for the remaining applicants as a first trial from the elimination process, commission will be distributed according to performance.
Basic Salary: Null
2nd Month:
Basic Salary: 50% (2000 EGP).
Commission: Based on disclosed targets.
3rd Month: (8200 EGP)
Target: 12 units
Basic Salary: 4000 EGP.
Commission: 4200 EGP.
