Configure and/or Update Configurations
-Conduct regular access reviews to ensure Security policies in place
-Develop Work Instructions (WI) And Standard Operation procedures (SOP)
-Investigate recurring incidents to identify problems or potential problems and recommend enhancements, corrective/preventive actions
-Conduct impact analysis for Request For Change
-Perform Regular Maintenance
-Perform Scheduled Tasks
-Create print output, online reports
-Ensure that data is correct
-Provide initial troubleshooting based on the predefined work instructions.
-Provide assistance on portal configuration
- Initial troubleshooting for any ticket/raised Issues
-Perform application SOP and WI
-Escalate unresolved incidents and potential problem to support team
-Follow up repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting with 3rd vendors
-Respond to end users' operation requests
