About the job:
We are looking to recruit an experienced person based in Egypt for Alfa Egypt Trading Co., Reporting to the Logistics System Manager
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Preparation of KPI reports desired and monitor
* Collect data from the stores, shared service unit for reports and preparation of required reports by Logistics systems Manager
* Understand the Clearance requirements in terms of Documentation
* Preparation of any documentation required for Freight Clearance team
* Coordinate with Finance department for providing all supporting data for analysis and vouchers for smooth payments
* Coordinate with Logistics Systems Manager to ensure targets are achieved in line with objectives
