Performs all functions required in the maintenance and repair of the plumbing systems in the guestrooms, public areas, F&B outlets and other areas under the directions of the Engineering Management.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs such tasks as repairing leaking pipes, faulty flush master systems and tap washers…etc.
2. Maintain all plumbing and water systems in good working condition through PM program.
3. Responds to any plumbing emergencies as quickly as possible.
4. Assists in the repair, lubrication and adjustment of pumps, Ref. Equipment, HVAC Equipment, boilers and other equipment.
5. Completes maintenance request, keeps a record of all supplies, tools and repair parts used in operating and maintaining the equipments.
6. Assist other associates in the department as required.
7. Perform work request as assigned.
8. Remedy guest rooms complains within short time.
9. Maintain engineering space & hotel areas in clean and safe conditions.
10. Able to work weekends, holidays and shifts or if emergency arises.
11. To comply with the department & hotel SOP & LSOP
