- Review job descriptions and analyzing each of them, to be fully aware of the position, in order to match the right person to the right position.
- Screening & short-listing candidate CV's against job descriptions.
- Updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure.
- Conducting phone interviews as well as one to one interviews for entry levels and write assessment reports.
- Contacting candidates for updating & offering.
- Manage vacancy and candidate records on software and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
- Handling Recruitment Advertisements & Campaigns
- Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
- Applying weekly reports covering the status of all the handled accounts.
- Responsible for Mass recruitment projects ( Call Center, Retail) involved in the whole cycle " screening CVs, phone interviews, face to face interviews, shortlist the accepted candidates, attending the 2nd interview with the client to match the criteria"
- Involved in handling & organizing employment fairs.
