A fast-growing E-Marketing agency is looking to hire a 'Portal Content Manager' (specialized in Interior Design) with the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management & ownership of the content of the web portal
• Handles the optimization of the website; to attract more users, increase their interaction, and improve the website's ranking on Search Engines.
• Manages the Design aspect of the portal (with all its subsequent sections) in terms of: participating with the web designers in setting layout, ensuring guidelines adherence, uploading content, reviewing and editing content, and enhancing the interface & users experience
• Acts as an after-sales liaison with our customers_ being the Interiors showrooms_ to upload and update the content of their products, make sure it is abiding to the guidelines, and being properly described & categorized.
• Collaborates with the Interior design offices, experts, and professionals; starting by developing a target list, establishing contact via all necessary means (i.e. emails, phones, meetings), persuading them to subscribe, and managing the existing contacts and affairs.
• Generates written content to provide the users with useful ideas and info about furniture & interior design; via: internet research, compilation of technical material from designers & professionals, etc.
• Moderates the users' forum by supervising the content, prompting & encouraging the designers to reply to users' queries, and increasing the interaction by replying themselves (when needed)
• Collaborates with team members, through obtaining and providing all needed work-related materials.
• Attending to adhocs as they come; to make sure the workflow is smooth and sustained
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of exp. In Design Offices
• University: Applied Arts/ Fine Arts
• Gender: Females
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, selling skills, and team-working skills
• Flexibility and stress management skills
• Proficient with MS Office Package
• Internet research skills
• Very good English language (written and spoken)
Working conditions:
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Full time: Sunday to Thursday)
