1. Maintain a presence and improve relationship with major customers through a regular schedule of service calls.
2. Rapid response to requests for assistance with quality complaints or performance problems.
3. Instruct and train customers in all aspects of proper bearing installation, maintenance and damage diagnosis/prevention practices.

5. Manage the technical knowledge database (corporate and local).
