-Execute annual coordination with the direct manager to achieve sales targets.
-Monitor department expenses to makes sure not exceeding the budget.
-Monitor customer preferences to determine focus sales efforts.
-Gather market information to be analyzed trying to find new market channels.
-Follow up Sales Operation to ensure effective work operations.
-Check quantities of goods on display and in stock to ensure its availability.
-Review customer's accounting balance to collect company's due on time.
-Follow up the service centers to resolve customer's complaints & problems to ensure achieving or exceeding the sales targets.
-Follow up Area Sales Managers in all work distributed to ensure effective work cycle.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work operations to achieve sales targets.
-Develop all needed reports to present achieved results versus planed ones.
-Performs all management responsibilities to lead & motivate own staff to ensure high morale & attainment of operational objectives.
