About our client
Our client is a leading company specialized in different flexible packaging solutions.
They are currently looking for a Country Manager in Egypt, who will drive the company's business.
Job description
As the key representative of the company in Egypt, you are in charge of developing the business in the whole country. Directly reporting to the headquarter, you will have the following tasks:
- Supervise and coordinate the existing management team (head of sales, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, etc.);
- Define a detailed yearly budget and report monthly to the group's CEO;
- Responsible for the financial performance of the company (including profit and loss performance of the company, the balance sheet and the cash flows of the company);
- Facilitate the integration of the company within the group to maximize synergies extraction and best practices exchange with the group's other entities;
- Position the subsidiary in terms of market share compared to the competition (business strategy, sales development, competitive intelligence, pricing ...);
- Define and propose product and market strategy;
- Develop customers all over the country;
- Ensure the proper management of local social relations.
