• Data entry of transaction records and building the required databases of contact persons, business cards, and related companies.
• Dealing with internal / external customer.
• Preparing, sending and receiving reports, memorandums (memoranda), faxes, mail, electronic mails, mobile messages, etc.
• Setting & maintaining Filing System.
• Setting Things to do and time schedule of the manager.
• Presentations and meetings preparation (Agenda, location, time, period, breaks times
• Keeps all stationary items available and prepare the purchase orders for any unavailable items.
• Maintains calendars, schedules and coordinates appointments.
• Coordinate managers business meetings, conferences and travel arrangement (visa, flights/hotel booking)
• Assists manager in following up on work assisted to him by manager staff, ensuring process and formats and provides feedback.

• Follow up on urgent items to ensure they are handled in appropriate time.
• Receives manager office visitors, and organizes their entrance and exit from his office.
