Job Description
• Depth understanding with the business processes supported by the system.
• Provide 1st line support for mission critical business applications.
• Produce specifications of business requirements to a level that enables effective delivery of agreed changes.
• Integrate and test components and/or subsystems and their interfaces in order to create Operational services.
• Transfer application knowledge and associated documentation to the team to Facilitate robust service support for new and upgraded solutions.
• Implement new releases of existing business application software, capturing end user requirements and configuring, testing and integrating as necessary.
• Troubleshooting application-related problems.
• Documentation of all procedures, specifications, process.
Skills
• Should have at least 3 years' experience with ERP software (SAP or any other international ERP systems).
• Previous experience troubleshooting application-related problems
• Very good business background & business writing.
• Very good knowledge of Oracle & PostgreSQL databases, related utilities and tools.
• Very good Knowledge of information systems concepts and terminology.
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people verbally and written.
• Technical knowledge of and experience with personal computers, servers, and handheld devices.
• Process improvement and measurement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to take on responsibility.
• A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge.
