We are seeking to hire a Help Desk Specialist, who will be part of the City Management team. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for the following:
* Responding to requests for technical assistance.
* Following standard help desk procedures
* Identifying and escalating situations requiting urgent attention
* Preparing activity reports
