About the Business:

Al-Futtaim's Retail Division holds a stable of world class brands operating in buoyant markets with huge growth prospects. Some of our brands are Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, Ace, IKEA, Guess, Esprit, Plug-Ins as well as Robinsons with a range of smaller brands selected for their appeal to the markets in which we operate. We currently operate our Retail outlets across the GCC, Levant, Egypt and in South East Asia.
Alfa Egypt Trading Co is the Al-Futtaim Retail Divisions Egypt Operating Company. We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout Egypt. We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program in Egypt. 

About the job:

We are looking to recruit an experienced person based in Egypt for Alfa Egypt Trading Co., Reporting to the Logistics Manager
* Ensure the service level agreement delivery to each and every single brand in accordance with the targets set  by Logistics Manager
* Work on the budgeted cost spend separately for TPL based operations and Shared Service Operations in conjunction with the Logistics Manager
* Act as one point of contact between the staff at TPL unit for operating brands and the Logistics Manager of the country to create work instructions/specifications
* Act as Team leader to run the shared service unit Operation  for GUESS and ESPRIT to ensure productivity
* Assignment of daily tasks to the staff to ensure productivity and guidelines set by Logistics Manager

Resource Management:
* Working on Manpower Planning and Staffing Costs for the budget exercise
* Allocation of manpower based on the daily order and schedule the tasks
* Analyse KPI reports and look into work improvements on a continuous basis to provide inputs for Cost Reduction
* Evaluate workflow critically to understand redundant processes and eliminate them after consulting Logistics

Cross Functional Coordination:
* Coordinate with Freight Clearance Manager for understanding shipments receipts
* Coordinate with Brand Teams for understanding Allocation of Stock / Replenishments to be done
* Coordinate with IT to ensure postings of stock flow in system
* Coordinate with Finance department for providing all supporting data for analysis and vouchers for smooth payments
