- Develop / Lead contract administration plan in coordination with Purchasing and line of business.
- Participate in managing Sourcing Category KPI's
- Analyze the cost driver and commodity trends
- Control / Monitor the contract / Supplier compliance
- Update suppliers data base and evaluations
- Responsible of supplier management
- Responsible of the quality of the items purchased.
- Approve SAP purchase orders.
- Monthly review for open SAP purchase orders and document reasons for aged orders.
- Develop / maintain (semiannually) category services agreement with several clients.
- Adapting corporate controls requirements and business values.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Business Administration
- Experience in sourcing/purchasing filed.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
- Handling different suppliers' mindsets and attitudes while delivering agreed upon targets.
- Should plan his/her work at least 6 months ahead.
- Need to come up with new ideas to beat inflation.
- Strong negotiation / influence skills, Strong leadership skills, Strong analytical skills, Strong planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good knowledge of the market and the supply base.
- Very good analytical skills.
