During operation, manage, control and implement improvements, manage budgets, troubleshoots, maintain process integrity, and develop investment plans. During EPC, ensure alignment of activities, evaluate project execution plans, contracting strategies, monitoring the project detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning. Evaluate the design concepts with regard to functionality, performance, reliability, availability, operability and cost.
