Functional advice and support to customer staff
- To train other team members and customer on the technicalities of the applications software
-Analyze process and configurations and make well-judged agreed adjustments where required.
-Recommend reports, changes to screens.
-Troubleshoot functional issues
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated problems within the stipulated time
-Escalate ticket to Vendor if needed
- Test Vendor patches, fix and resolution before applying on production environment
-Provide necessary advisory and consultation services to operations team
- To participate in presales activities including demos, workshops, conferences and proposals.
