§ Establish and Sustain the Corporate Quality Management System (QMS).
o Manage & Evaluate the Process Improvement Program through applying multiple phases; Initiating, Diagnosing, Establishing, Acting and leveraging phases.
§ Institutionalize the Corporate Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure that the process is:
o Performed; process is defined, documented and Implemented
o Managed; policy is defined and process is implemented in accordance to the defined policy
o Defined; Tailoring System is established and maintained. The organizational processes are tailored to identify the projects' standard processes
o Quantitatively Managed; defined process is controlled using statistical and other quantitative techniques
o Optimized; quantitatively managed process focuses on continually improving process performance through both incremental and innovative technological improvements
§ Establish and Maintain the Corporate Performance System:
o Corporate Performance Evaluation:
i. Corporate QMS; Performance Analysis, Root Cause Identification, and Preventive/Corrective Item Implementation
ii. Corporate QMS Institutionalization & Audits; Technical & Management Process Audits & NCs, Business & Supporting Process Audits & NCs, Technical & Management Processes with Performance Metrics, and Business & Supporting Processes with Performance Metrics
§ Integrate Process Improvement Activities with the Corporate Business Objectives and Calculate the ROI:
o Plan & Set Business Objectives & Goals.
o Corporate Initiatives
o Identify Corporate Metrics & KPIs
o Business Objectives to Processes Mapping
§ Create Best Practices Repository for capturing and storing documents and lessons learned.
§ Construct an Initial Inventory that can evolve into a Managed Portfolio of all projects underway, and gather key information about them.
§ Perform Financial Analysis of projects and report results
§ Design Status Reporting and Dashboards; by designing standard progress report formats, or create a repository for gathering reporting information, and use it to create dashboards and other management information systems for corporate evaluation
§Design Decision Processes; by designing decision criteria for project related decisions, facilitate the gathering of information, conduct decision meetings
