Job Responsibilities:
• Organization of various operations activities (production, warehousing &engineering) - in compliance with cGMP and HSE rules - to ensure supply of manufactured products to the Marketing in terms of demand needs & quality standards.
• Follow up value chain operations to ensure efficient and economical performance of the Technical operations sector as a whole.
• Harmonize toll manufacturing / outsourcing activities.
• Assessment of production feasibility for new introductions, either for in-house or outsourced production.
• Coordinating products new introductions allover respective milestones to assure timely marketing supply in quantitative & qualitative requirements.
• Providing managerial & technical support in maintaining R&D working in according to stated business objectives with strengthening ethics and professional values.
• To initiate whenever appropriated process/operations improvement projects aimed fulfilling compliance and productivity to site activities.
• Leads /participate of capital investment projects through issuing, approving & executions phases.
• Maintain discipline and behavior of technical operations personnel according to company rules.
• Recruitment, training and development of personnel of the technical operations.
• Initiate appropriate resources budget for coming year, with reference to pre-production budget, to ensure safe and timely execution of supply operations.
Reporting Line:
1-Raise reports to: Chief Executive Officer & /Management Representative.
2-Receive reports from: All Technical Departments (Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning dept., Supply Chain dept. & possibly R&D dept.).
Authorities Given to the Job Holder:
• Evaluating all Technical operation's employees.

• Internal:
1.The Chief Executive Officer & / Management Representative.
2.Company's managers / functions staffs.
•External:
1.Ministry of health delegates when never needed.
2.Vendors & service provider of activity related.
3.Other pharmaceutical industrial firms.
4.Any other relevant institutions.
