A. Urban Planning and Design:
Assist in formulating urban planning policies and program ensuring that it incorporates all features of the master plan and meets with the company's vision and objectives.
B. Urban planning implementation:
Implement the urban planning program, ensuring it follows the planning and design strategy and the overall project vision of the company.
Coordinate work that is related to urban planning, with the planning consultants and architects, during the formulation of plans and the design of infrastructure.
C. Technical documentation:
Prepare all planning, design and technical documentation required, including that required to procure any necessary regulatory and government agency approvals, permits and licenses for ERC projects and activities.
D. Surveys:
Handle all field investigations, surveys, impact studies or other research in order to analyze data on all factors affecting land use and submit reports to management.
Review and evaluate environmental impact reports pertaining to the planning projects in order to ensure that the company abides to all relevant rules and regulations.
E. Consultant, Contractor, Subcontractor Selection:
Administer the search, initiation of contact and short listing process of technical consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other vendors to gain a deeper understanding of their delivery capabilities.
