Cold Store Supervisor (Ice Cream) - Nestlé NEAR | Egypt Jobs

• Stock management (FEFO, products availability & capacity utilization).
• Request products from main DC (Daily).
• Adjust the daily stock manual tracking with SAP
• Prepare the shifting plan as per the work needs.
• Ensure the availability of empty pallets to send it to main DC.
• Arrange the vacations schedule for his subordinates.
• Follow up on monthly nearly expired products.
• Follow up monthly physical count inventory and ensure it is 100%.
• Ensure that Ice Cream in good storage and high quality.
• Prepare reports (cold store temperature - vans sales follow up - material overview - stock turnover and empty pallets situation).
• Seasonal hiring as per budget and follow up the overtime on daily basis.
• Prepare the annual appraisal for his subordinates.
• Organize the work plan of his subordinates.
• Adherence to Nestle safety, health & environmental aspects (NSMS & NEMS)
