Job Summary:
To engage with company internal and external customers so as to fully understand their requirements and develop applications and tools that automate and facilitate their work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze and fully understand the needs and requirements of customers - internal and external.
Effectively participate in software design and architecture utilizing new applied technologies.
Develop tools and programs as per customers' requirements meeting project deadlines.
Apply amendments and modification on programs whenever needed; amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
Conduct acceptance test, and train customers on using the developed tools and programs.
Regularly evaluate the performance of developed tools and programs so as to take corrective actions and further enhance performance.
Develop and maintain programming documentation.
