Ultrasound (Sales Supervisor)
Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
Participate in the development of the annual plan for responsible products and participate in determining the volume of sales.
Evaluate the performance of the supervised employees on monthly assessment models and delivery management with a quarterly assessment.
Follow-up of the monthly plan for each section.
Control and evaluate the activities of sales, and includes the identification of areas of trading, and sales quotas and take appropriate corrective action to raise the level of performance and scalability after returning to management.
Support the salesmen with of training required for each individual and to participate as a lecturer in the training procedure.
Build and maintain good contacts with the KOL
