- Manage the 4Ps of specific Product Ranges.
- Translate business opportunities into product-market combinations.
- Define commercial specifications for the required products and the co-responsibility for the realization of the products while properly introducing these products to the market as well as the introduction of improved versions of existing products or new added features to the product to extend the product cycle.
- Analyzing the market, competition, technology and developments in order to find new business opportunities with new product-markets within the defined business strategy.
- Defining the product strategy and product plans while translating them into clear product specifications for the development department, in such a way that in short, mid and long term a sound business result can be achieved.
- Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, in order to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.
- Prepare and plan with the sales channels the market introduction of new products including promotion material and product information, in order to generate the largest impact in the market.
- Follow the business during the product lifecycle and take corrective actions when needed in order to generate the maximum profit contribution during the lifecycle.
- Collect and analyze market information and define existing market target groups.
- Develop presentation tools and material.
- Define the new product business plan.
