• Create and establish the business processes and tenant manuals for the entire project (offices and Retail).
• Develop the project organization structure, hire all team members, develop them, and manage them to the highest professional and efficiency level.
• Full ownership of the financial model of the project and revenue / profit targets.
• Full responsibility on all aspect of the project daily operation, management, and reporting.
• Negotiate the services provision of signature tenant lease agreements with clients and continue to lead relationship management with key clients.
• Manage all tenant contracts, lease, services, and cash collection issues.
• Develop the annual marketing plan & events in conjunction with tenants ensuring all costs related to execution of mall activities & promotions are accounted for.
• Implement out of the box strategies to increase revenues through traditional & nontraditional sources of income,
• Ensures the highest level of guest & tenants satisfaction and ensures that the physical facilities are kept in optimal condition.
• Planning, organizing and controlling purchasing activities, maintaining uninterrupted flow of materials and services to support smooth operation.
• Manage all external relations with government entities, municipality and utility companies.
• Manage all third party vendors and subcontractors, and insure their adherence to all acceptable business conduct practices, and maintain the image and reputation of the project.
• Ensure the SOP for the project, maintenance, security and housekeeping are monitored and followed
• Ensures emergency procedures are practiced & enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests, tenants, and employees
• Insure all licenses, and permits are obtained, renewed, and valid at all times.
