Position Purpose: To support and upgrade the Electromechanical (E/M) engineering, procurement and construction activities throughout the region.
Job Description:
• Monitors the time and cost performance of the E&M sections of projects in the region and provides support for their improvement.
• Ensures the availability and proper allocation of resources within the region.
• Ensures compliance with respective corporate policies, procedures, local laws and regulations.
• Contribute in planning projects in cooperation with execution directors and project managers.
• Reviewing MEPs drawings and specifications.
• Examining & accepting resources samples offered by suppliers and presenting them to both owner & consultant.
• Responsible for solving MEP disputes between the company, consultant and owner.
• Reviewing all under construction project costs.
• Reviewing subcontractors payments and authorizing them.
• Supervising MEP site engineers, subcontractors and solve all their problems.
• Executing and supervising all electric and MEP work for all company projects according to specification, cost and delivery dates.
• Preparing & issuing MEP's & PO's according to projects contracts.
• Supervising all MEP sites procurement; whether companies, or subcontractors and assure they are according to preset specifications and authorizing receiving reports.
