Sales Department Coordinator - Vision Advertising | Egypt Jobs



Answering phone calls and reporting them to sales manager.
- Daily Reports for estimated weekly plan.
- Weekly Reports for activities that has already been achieved from sales Team.
- Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, when Sales Team members are out of the office helping in generating appointments for sales team by initial telesales for 1st time clients.
- Prepare database for existing clients and update it weekly.
- Responsible for following up the Distribution process.
- Initial Revision of the articles in the Guide and trying to think of interesting topics, quizzes etc….
- Helping in Cover shoot preparations if needed.
- Helping in participating in Exhibitions and Festivals, negotiating prices and locations helping in marketing ideas for those events and reporting to sales manager.
- Template Emails (such as offer emails or general presentations emails or Collecting designs emails etc….) will be available with candidate to be sent to clients on the spot when needed from sales team.
- Help in preparing Sales Kits and make them always ready for sales team. Follow up stationary needed for sales team presentations, Printing Contracts and make them always available for immediate use.
