Responsible for all sales activities. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend and handle all sales queries and requests
• Advise clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information
• Compare properties to determine a competitive market price
• Generate lists of properties for sale, Lease and rent including details such as location, price and features
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
• Coordinate and Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller
• Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met
• Prepare documents such as loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, and deeds
• Update and maintain current and future real estate availability thorough Knowledge of local real estate market and other legal requirements
