Attracting advertisers:
- Develop a measurable action plan to approach possible advertisers with a similar target market to the magazine.
- Analyze the market to determine priority clients to make long term deals.
- Prepare a report or presentation when meeting advertisers to convince them to advertise in our magazine.
- Achieve a minimum quota per month.
School Subscriptions:
- Develop a measurable action plan to approach schools who would like to subscribe to our magazine in their classrooms or libraries.
- Analyze the market to determine the approachable clients.
- Prepare a report or presentation to convince them to subscribe.
- Achieve a minimum quota of school subscriptions per month.
