1. Provide support in all Organizational development interventions.
2. Provide a comprehensive learning and development service to the company to ensure that all staff achieves high professional standards
3. Provide recommendations for OD interventions to support business strategy, and support management in implementation
4. Support in development, implementation and administration of performance management system
5. Assist in updating organization structure and job descriptions as well as job evaluation activities as required
6. Support in development and review of required HR policies with HR team to ensure compliance with policy development standards
7. Participate in development and implementation of different HR surveys
8. Support in development of training and development strategy for the company to support the company's business plan and to ensure that staff has the necessary skills to meet their objectives.
9. Participate in development and implementation of training policies and procedures and ensure compliance
10. Participate in conducting Training Needs Assessment for the whole organization in cooperation with department managers
11. Coordinate designing training modules that fits TNA results with external vendors
12. Develop training master plan for the whole organization and monitor implementation within established budget
13. Manage measuring of Learning and Development effectiveness through evaluating training programs, participants and providers to ensure achieving desired Return on Investment
14. Supervise the implementation of training operations and logistics with the admin department
